World Golf Championship not "World" at all

The World Golf Championships, championed by and controled by the US PGA Tour, are not "world" at all. Through 2007 all of the WGC tournaments will be played in the USA. The US PGA Tour says it is because of their sponsors --- Computer Associates and Bridgestone. Well, if that is the case then the US PGA Tour should have turned down those sponsors and have them sponsor one or more of the US PGA Tour tournaments, not the WGC events.

It is a shame the US PGA Tour wants to control the professional golf industry and think they are the only game in town. They are definitely the biggest, but they are not the wordliest (if that is a word). They should at least not shame themselves and change the events name to the US PGA Tour Championships, as that is what they are.
