Golf CLi delayed in predicting correctly?

Is the Golf CLi calculation delayed in predicting the tournament results correctly? I ask this question to see if the Golf CLi is predicting 1-2 weeks or 1-2 tournaments early for the players that are on a trend of getting better and better each week. Then looking at the opposite of that, could it be that the Golf CLi is predicting late by 1-2 weeks for the players that are on a trend of playing worse and worse (i.e. downward trend of results).

How would one look at the results to determine this. I would imagine we would look at the golf cli results for tournament x and then look at the results 1 week later and 2 weeks later to see how the player did.

Another way is to look at the player's tournament results page and get the CLis for each tournament and the final results for each tournament. Then put that in a spreadsheet and graph it to see the trend between the two lines: line 1 - CLis, line 2 - actual results.

The only issue with this is that the field changes each week, and the Golf CLi calculation is based upon comparing the player's results against each field. As well, the Golf CLi looks at the past instances of each tournament. So looking at the CLi results for tournament x and then looking at the following week's results would only be good for looking at the current trend of the player's results and not the past results for that player in tournament x.

A Market -- not necessarily a public market

Many people I talk to about GolfInvestors directly infer that GolfInvestors is set of PUBLIC stock markets. Even though I compare GolfInvestors to the NYSE, NASDAQ and other public stock markets, GolfInvestors is not set of PUBLIC stock markets. Right now GolfInvestors is more a set of private stock markets, and possibly could have a public stock market in the future if all government regulation conditions are met and the financial activity warrants it.
