Midnight - The GI Bank bought back all shares from investors who owned shares which were outstanding on the 2001 PGA Season Market at midnight.

When the market closes, the GI Bank buys back 1,000 shares I still owned of ERELS at $29 per share. Els had earned $2,900,000 over the course of the year in official PGA Tour events.
