As a Sponsor, you will be able to utilize an online system developed by GolfInvestors where you can monitor the results of your sponsorship orders. The result reports are in real-time and allow you to see the number of impressions and click through per a time measurement (i.e. per day, per week, per month). You are able to access your account 24 hours a day with your access information (id and password).

The following areas of sponsorships have been classified at this time:

• General Sponsorship
• Prize Sponsorship
• Presenting Sponsorship

General Sponsorship

A General Sponsorship will have an 88x31 pixel-sized logo ( see example ) or short text (i.e. "Nike - Just Do It") on any of the selected pages on this website. A General sponsorship enables the sponsor to have the capability of selecting to sponsor entire sections on this website, one page, or multiple selected pages.

Benefits of a General Sponsorship:

• Better branding and promotion then regular advertising since the sponsorship placement integrates into the GolfInvestors pages such that it looks very much as part of the page(s) in which the sponsor art is placed.
• More exposure since there is less rotation of the sponsor placement than advertising placement as there is a limited number of sponsors compared to advertisers.
• Maximum amount of fees per month to limit your monthly cost exposure.

General sponsors are treated similar to advertisers in terms of the user interface they use to place their art on the site. Both advertisers and general sponsors can setup an account on the GolfInvestors ad management system to place ad orders. A "sponsorship" placement is a selection in an ad order. Thus you can setup an account on the GI ad management system and then select to create an ad order with the placement of "Sponsorship".

Prize Sponsorship

A Prize Sponsorship allows sponsors to provide prizes for the winners of the active investors of GolfInvestor stock markets. For example: Nike provides 50 XXX type drivers for the 2001 PGA Season Market with a retail value of $300 for each driver.

Prizes on GolfInvestors are all dependent on the number of active users so as a Prize sponsor you make sure you provide your prize to the market according to your required exposure rate. In addition, you can select the maximum number of prizes which can be won on a market. See sample of prize management form example.

Some of the benefits Prize Sponsorship will have include:

• Advertising: You receive the same advertising rate as the wholesale value of prizes you provide. For example, if you provide 5 Taylor Made sets of irons with a total wholesale value of $2,500, you will receive $2,500 worth of advertising on this site.
• Listed as a GolfInvestors Sponsor: You will be listed as a GolfInvestors sponsor in all places where applicable, including the Prize section with the prizes that are being provided, on the Prize Detail, Market Detail page, on the My Account - Main Page (in a rotation with other Prize Sponsors), on the Home Page (in a rotation with other Prize Sponsors, and if market is shown on the home page), and on any other page on the site where prizes are shown (in a rotation with other Prize Sponsors).

You are able to create an account on the GolfInvestors system to contribute prizes and see your credited balances at any time.

Presenting Sponsorship

A Presenting Sponsorhip allows a sponsor to have their name associated with various items on this website, such as a stock market. For example: "The 2002 PGA Season Market presented by Porsche".

As a Presenting Sponsor, you will be able to utilize an online system developed by GolfInvestors where you can monitor the results of most of the exposure provided to you through this site. The result reports are in real-time and allow you to see the number of impressions and click through per a time measurement (i.e. per day, per week, per month). You are able to access to your account 24 hours a day with your access information (id and password).

Some of the benefits for a Presenting Sponsorship include:

• Association with a Specific Item: The sponsor will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor on every page where that item is shown.
• Included in Sponsorship Rotation: For any unused inventory in the "Sponsored By" button, your logo will be placed.
• Advertising: 500,000 impressions of advertising on the GolfInvestors site per month; and 500,000 impressions of button ads per month.
• E-mail: As the Presenting Sponsor you will have your name emails sent to GolfInvestors members which are related to the market you sponsor.
